Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help supervise daily store activities, manage schedules, and develop action plans to improve operating results. You will identify training opportunities and support the direct leader in maintaining store standards, inventory accuracy, and customer service.

The role is full-time with an average 38 hours per week, starting at $25.50 per hour, with a wage increase to $26.50 in year 2.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in a retail environment
• Prior management experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules
• Develop operational action plans to improve store performance
• Identify training opportunities to grow the team
• Ensure store signage, inventory procedures, and cash controls are followed
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and payroll targets
