The role offers full-time hours (38 per week) with starting wages at $27.50 per hour and a raise to $28.50 in year two, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Ensure store cleanliness, signage, inventory procedures, and cash controls.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and support customer service.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with product ordering.
