Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to be employed for this role.
• 3+ years in retail with progressive responsibilities; prior management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Develop operational action plans to improve store results.
• Identify training opportunities to develop team performance.
• Ensure adherence to inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention policies.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding of store personnel.
• Merchandise products neatly and maintain signs and cleanliness.
• Support payroll and loss budgets, and monitor store performance.
