Qualifications

• Must be able to supervise day-to-day store activities and support overall store performance.
• Develop operational action plans and identify training opportunities for team.
• Support payroll, inventory, and cash control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Ensure stock levels and product signage accuracy.
