Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• A combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establishes job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Communicates and models company core values to create teamwork.
• Monitors competitive environment and suggests adjustments to maintain market position.
• Participates in interviewing store personnel.
• Ensures inventory procedures and cash handling policies are followed.
• Maintains store cleanliness and proper signage.
• Oversees stock levels and product ordering to maintain store operations.
• Supervises day-to-day team activities and escalates issues as needed.
