Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for team performance.
• Model company core values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Monitor local competitive environment and advise adjustments to maintain position.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and communicate weekly milestones.
