Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee all store operations, drive sales, and ensure compliance with safety, labeling, and weights and measures standards. You will lead a team of department managers and receivers, develop staff, manage inventory and expenses, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/retail degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Proven success leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, staffing, and performance management.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
