Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/retail management degree preferred.
• 1–3 years retail experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L responsibility.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and store software; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, improve customer service, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
