Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of department managers and receivers, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail, strong leadership, and proficient use of MS Office and accounting tools. A high school diploma is required; a business-related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience; leadership of diverse teams required.
• Proven ability to manage safety, sanitation, staffing, and performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency.
• Develop store leadership and engage team members for exceptional service.
• Oversee P&L, inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, labeling and regulatory standards.
• Lead Receivers and backroom organization; maintain displays and pricing.
