Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team in delivering superior customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee approximately ten department managers and receivers, manage P&L and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and health standards while fostering a culture aligned with Sprouts values and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading both perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L responsibility and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and team of ~10 department managers and receivers.
• Drive sales, customer advocacy, and store safety/compliance.
• Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Oversee pricing, promotions, and accurate labeling.
