Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at the store level and deliver strong results. You will oversee a team of about ten managers and receivers, ensuring perishable and non-perishable departments run smoothly while maintaining safety, labeling, and sanitation standards.

You will drive sales and efficiency, mentor leaders, and foster a culture of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management/retail preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Proven leadership of perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, sanitation, staffing, and coaching.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop store leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of approximately ten including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Ensure safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards are met.
• Drive sales, efficiency, and customer advocacy through strong leadership.
