Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with integrity, including P&L, safety, staffing, and merchandising.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and decisiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
• Food Safety certification required.
• Able to lift 60 pounds and perform routine physical tasks.
