Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at the assigned store and deliver strong results. You will lead a 10-person department team across perishable and non-perishable areas, ensuring superior customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, driving sales, optimizing inventory, and enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or combination of education and experience.
• Proven leadership of perishable and non-perishable departments with P&L, safety, and inventory responsibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented, analytical, decisive.

Responsibilities

• Shape store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop leadership to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of approximately ten Department Managers and Receivers.
• Drive store sales, lead initiatives, and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Oversee inventory management and vendor invoicing; maintain displays and pricing.
