O’Reilly Auto Parts in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role requires leadership of teammates during shifts and when the Store Manager is absent.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification are desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.
• Coordinate with the store manager to staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and events.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure all store operations, returns, exchanges and invoicing are processed accurately and efficiently.
