Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom, ensuring adherence to programs.
• Coordinate staffing at peak hours to maintain service levels.
• Assist in hiring: recruiting, interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions and returns are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, security, deposits and store maintenance.
• Communicate policies and ensure team compliance with schedules and clock-ins.
• Support management in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
