Qualifications

• Requires Sales Specialist Training and Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification and ASE Certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and peak hours coverage.
• Assist in goal setting, coaching, and training of team members.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring processes with management.
• Ensure efficient processing of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Oversee returns, refunds, and proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, security, and store policies.
• Perform opening/closing duties and daily cash handling as needed.
