Qualifications

• Mandatory: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Preferred: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
• Spanish language proficiency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering exceptional customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise service levels at the showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviews and onboarding of new team members.
• Perform opening/closing duties and security checks.
• Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate invoicing and order processing.
