Job summary

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service initiatives and programs across the showroom.
• Coordinate staffing during peak hours to ensure service levels.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding qualified team members.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, deposits, and security procedures during opening/closing.
• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
