O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during the Manager’s absence and lead the team to deliver exceptional service to retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Spanish language ability is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist in staffing, coaching, and hiring processes.
• Perform opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance and operations and ensure policy adherence.
