Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team during the Store Manager’s absence and/or when working opposing shifts, aiming to deliver exceptional service.

• Experience leading store teams in retail or auto parts environment.
• Strong customer service and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc…).
• Assist the store manager with staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training to keep team members current.
