Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during absences or opposing shifts and lead the team in servicing customers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising service levels, staffing during peak hours, coaching team members, and assisting in the hiring process while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching and training of team members.
