Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager across sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes leading the store team during absence or opposing shifts, driving excellence in service, and ensuring policies are followed.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. The position involves supervising showroom service levels, assisting with hiring, and managing end-to-end store operations, including opening/closing duties

Qualifications

Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.
Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and goal-setting for team members.
Participate in recruiting tasks and interviews to hire qualified team members.
Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub transfers, and DC add orders.
