Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role involves leading a team, staff scheduling, and collaborating on hiring while ensuring efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Spanish language fluency is desired.
- Sales Specialist Training is required.
- Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
- Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
- Staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and coordinate scheduling.
- Assist the store manager with hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure all orders, transfers, and shipments are processed promptly and customers notified accordingly.
- Perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, and maintain store security and appearance.
