Qualifications

• Spanish language fluency is desired.
• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and coordinate scheduling.
• Assist the store manager with hiring, interviews, and onboarding of new team members.
• Ensure all orders, transfers, and shipments are processed promptly and customers notified accordingly.
• Perform opening/closing duties, secure deposits, and maintain store security and appearance.
