Qualifications
- Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
- Assist in staffing and scheduling during peak hours and manage training progress for team members.
- Assist in hiring by recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
- Ensure phone coverage and timely processing of buy online/ship to store and transfers.
