O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, sales, and customer service. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will help lead the team during peak hours and while covering shifts.

You will assist in hiring, training, and ensuring store processes run efficiently, from service excellence to merchandise handling and order processing. The role emphasizes teamwork and operational leadership.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, ensuring team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and training to drive performance.
• Participate in hiring tasks, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure calls, transfers, and orders are processed promptly and customers are informed.
