Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team, manage shifts, and help achieve goals while ensuring policies and processes are followed.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and you may assist in recruiting, scheduling interviews, and training compliance to drive performance.
Qualifications
- Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
- Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and support programs.
- Work with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
- Assist in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback for team members.
- Ensure proper phone coverage, order processing, and returns handling.
