O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers and managing shifts during the Store Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and ensure staff adherence to customer service programs.
• Ensure staffing levels at peak retail hours and support recruiting and interviews.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and ensuring training updates.
• Handle buy online/ship to store, transfers, and order processing efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage returns smoothly.
