Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Washington, DC to grow our store presence and deliver best-in-class service. You will lead a sales-focused team, assist in recruiting and training, and manage day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, and merchandising while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations.

You will mentor staff, drive KPI performance, and maintain a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of work experience.
• 2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for long periods.
