Total Wine & More is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Maryland to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a sales-driven culture. You will support store operations, lead a team, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and providing exceptional customer experiences.

The role emphasizes developing staff, maintaining inventory, and collaborating with management to meet KPIs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading sales-focused teams.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations, including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and maintain safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
