Total Wine & More in Bayshore, WA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering exceptional service and building a sales-driven culture. You will support store operations, drive sales against KPIs, and lead a team while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws.

This role reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities for development within a renowned retailer. The position requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, with competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years work experience; 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team; develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations including payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving customer issues.
• Help maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
