Total Wine & More in Brentwood (MD) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering best-in-class service and building a sales-driven culture. You will support store operations, lead the team, and enhance knowledge of products and customer experience while reporting to the Store Manager.

You’ll manage daily operations, work flexible hours including evenings/weekends, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in a managerial or supervisory retail role.
• Experience leading a sales-focused team and developing staff.

Responsibilities
