Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Proven success leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, staffing, and inventory management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented and solution-focused.

Responsibilities

• Direct all business processes at the assigned Sprouts store.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Drive store sales, employee engagement and customer advocacy.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling and health standards.
• Oversee inventory, labor and expenses to meet targets.
• Provide training and development for store leadership and staff.
• Address emergencies and issues with urgency and leadership.
