Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all business processes at the assigned store and drive sales and efficiency.

The role requires leading a team across departments, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, manage inventory, and collaborate with leadership to execute programs that meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Have demonstrated success leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with integrity, including P&L, safety, staffing, training, and merchandising.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Positively shape the store culture by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people (Department Managers and Receivers).
• Manage inventory, labor, and expenses to meet sales targets.
• Oversee safety, labeling, health, sanitation, and compliance with regulations.
