Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations, drive sales, and lead a team of department managers and receivers. You will ensure safety, compliance, and high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, inventory management, and staff development to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business/retail preferred.
• 1-3 years retail experience with success in managing both perishable and non-perishable departments.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store business processes and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards.
• Oversee inventory management, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Develop leadership in store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
