You will lead a team of about ten department managers and receivers, modeling Sprouts values and maintaining safety and compliance standards. The role emphasizes leadership, inventory control, and adaptability to changing business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or education/experience combination.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales and efficiency.
• Lead a team of approximately ten department managers and receivers with courtesy, respect, integrity, and care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, labeling, health, and weights and measures standards; address emergencies and issues with urgency.
