Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations and drive sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will lead a team of department managers and receivers, model Sprouts values, and ensure compliance with safety, labeling, and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include developing leaders, managing inventory and expenses, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining strong store performance and loss

Qualificações

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management, marketing, retailing, communications, advertising, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated success leading non-perishable and perishable department operations with integrity, including profit and loss, safety, staffing, training, and inventory management.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and solution-focused decisiveness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, bookkeeping/accounting, time and attendance, and HR software.

Responsabilidades

• Positively shape the culture in the store by modeling Sprouts values.
• Develop the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people (all Department Managers and Receivers).
• Motivate and develop the management team by embracing Sprouts leadership behaviors.
• Drive store sales, team engagement, and customer advocacy through strong leadership.
• Oversee safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and company standards.
