MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Spokane, WA to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a dynamic team, ensure visual standards, and coach staff to perform at their best.

You will focus on membership engagement, inventory control, scheduling, and adherence to company policies. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to travel between stores as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail management with proven team leadership.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, organizational and customer management skills.

Responsabilités

• Help oversee daily operations and drive store performance.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates and mentor trainees.
• Promote membership sign-ups and build customer loyalty.
• Manage inventory, processing shipments, and handling damages/returns.
• Assist in recruiting, training, staffing and retention.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and store safety.
• Communicate feedback to improve growth and shrink prevention.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and travel between locations as needed.
• Schedule staff and comply with Miniso handbook policies.
