Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and to lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates. You will promote exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain merchandising and operational standards.

You will mentor trainees, assist in recruitment, manage scheduling and inventory, and help ensure store policies are followed. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Coach team members and drive sales performance.
• Maintain visual and operational standards and procedures.
• Drive customer engagement with the membership program and loyalty.
• Mentor trainee associates and assist in recruitment and staffing.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Assist with scheduling, compliance, and store policies.
• Provide feedback to foster growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrinkage.
