Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, coaching a team, and driving store performance. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, and adherence to company procedures across shifts.

You will lead a team, manage inventory and staffing, and promote the membership program to boost loyalty and sales. This position requires relocation flexibility and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote the mission and core values of Miniso in every aspect of the role.
• Support Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations, customer service, merchandising, and sales.
• Drive customer engagement with the membership program and loyalty to increase retention and sales.
• Mentor trainee associates, help achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Manage inventory levels, shipments, damages and returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and retention.
• Help with staff scheduling and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Provide constructive feedback to promote growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink and safety.
