Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, and drive sales performance.

You will supervise merchandising standards, manage inventory, assist in recruiting and training, schedule staff, and ensure strict adherence to policies while fostering a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate or manage multiple stores as needed.
• Willingness to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
• Coach Shift Leads and Sales Associates for performance.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling staff.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages and returns.
• Enforce policies, procedures, and loss prevention.
• Promote membership program and customer loyalty.
• Ensure cash handling and safe store environment.
