Job summary

Miniso is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Spokane Valley to support the Store Manager in daily operations, lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, and ensure superior customer service and store presentation.

The role focuses on coaching, merchandising, and driving sales performance, while maintaining adherence to company policies and procedures. A strong retail leadership background and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management, with a strong track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and coaching of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets through team development.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, returns, and supplies.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, training, and retention.
• Oversee cash handling and compliance with SOPs.
• Ensure safety and clean store environment.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink.
