Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive store performance. You will coach a dynamic team, uphold merchandising standards, and manage inventory, while promoting the MINISO membership program and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires leadership, flexibility in scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays), and the ability to relocate or travel between locations as business needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and sales targets.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Manage inventory, shipments, and loss prevention with LP team.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing, and training.
• Handle cash and ensure SOP compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty.
• Travel between store locations as needed.
