Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, coach a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates, and drive store performance.

You will help manage inventory, signage, promotions, and adherence to company policies, while mentoring trainees, participating in recruitment, and coordinating scheduling. Travel to multiple locations and work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in retail management with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily operations and customer service.
• Coach and mentor Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
• Manage inventory, shipments, and shrink with Loss Prevention.
• Assist in recruitment, staffing and retention.
• Ensure scheduling, policies and visual merchandising standards are followed.
• Provide constructive feedback to promote growth and accountability.
• Travel between locations as required; flexible schedule including nights/weekends/holidays.
