Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring a Full-Time Assistant Manager in Columbus, OH to lead guest services and store operations. You will supervise associates, oversee daily tasks, and ensure high standards of service and store presentation.

You will manage POS transactions, inventory, and safety compliance while coaching shift leaders to deliver a consistent Hi Five Guest Experience. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to conduct sales of alcohol and tobacco.
• Experience in guest service and coaching/leading team members.
• Ability to operate POS and cash handling with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise associates, coach and train shift leaders to uphold standards.
• Oversee store administration: inventory, paperwork and reporting.
• Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest on shift.
• Operate POS system and gas console, process all transactions accurately.
• Maintain store conditions, safety, security, and cleanliness throughout shift.
• Ensure time records are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
