Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy store in Ohio. You will supervise team members across 1st–3rd shifts, coach leaders, handle daily operations and ensure the Hi Five Guest Experience is delivered with warmth and efficiency.

You will manage cash transactions, assist with scheduling, compliance, and store presentation, and maintain a safe, inviting environment for Guests and associates alike.

Qualifications

• Must be able to coach and mentor associates to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse Guests.
• Ability to handle cash, operate POS and maintain store security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise associates during shifts, coaching and scheduling.
• Oversee store operations, deliveries, paperwork and compliance with policies.
• Deliver the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure Guests leave satisfied.
