UDF-MyScoop Branding is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a shift and deliver exceptional Guest experiences in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on daily store operations, staff supervision, and maintaining store conditions while complying with all laws and company policies.

The position requires managing associates, coaching for The Hi Five Guest Experience, and ensuring accurate POS/gas transactions and paperwork.

Qualificações

Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
Experience coaching and supervising shifts and associates.
Strong guest service orientation with effective communication skills.

Responsabilidades

Manage other associates, monitor duties, coach guest experience, and participate in interviews.
Oversee store administration including orders, reports, and paperwork.
Deliver The Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure clean, prepared store conditions.
Operate DipSide items and ensure proper food and beverage preparation.
Efficiently handle POS and gas transactions, cash handling, and identification checks.
Stock shelves, maintain displays, and rotate stock to prevent out-of-code dates.
Maintain security, monitor shop-lifting risk, and follow tobacco/alcohol policies.
Ensure safe, clean store and equipment, monitor temperatures, and report issues.
Accurately complete time records and other required documentation.
