Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service and smooth shift operations across 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts. You will lead associates, monitor performance, and uphold Hi Five Guest Experience while ensuring legal compliance for alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, inventory and store administration, POS and cash handling, merchandise stocking and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts and coach Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Maintain store conditions and guest experience.
• Handle transactions and cash handling.
• Assist with staffing and interviews.
• Manage merchandise stocking and display rotation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol/tobacco laws.
• Operate DipSide item preparation as required.
• Complete time records and store-related reports.
