Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service and store conditions across shifts. You will lead associates, coach Shift Leaders, and manage daily operations including POS transactions, gas sales, and inventory control to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The role requires ensuring compliance with laws on alcohol/tobacco sales, maintaining security, and upholding company policies while delivering a welcoming, efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising associates and coaching shift leaders.
• Ensuring outstanding guest service and store presentation.
• Ability to operate POS systems and manage cash transactions, including alcohol/tobacco, in compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach associates, conduct interviews when needed.
• Maintain Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure store is clean and ready for guests.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Keep shelves stocked, monitor product freshness and safety in the store.
• Follow safety, compliance, and loss-prevention procedures.
