Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role (37-40 hours/week), with potential shifts for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. The position requires ensuring outstanding guest service by following the Hi Five Guest Experience steps and maintaining store operations per company policy and state law.

Responsibilities include supervising associates, store administration, delivering signature guest service, and handling POS and gas terminal transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.
• Strong guest-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage shift operations and supervise associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage other associates including assigning and monitoring duties, coaching and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Perform store administration tasks such as ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, and handling paperwork as directed by Store Manager.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience: greet guests warmly, ensure store is prepared, anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee DipSide guest services: shakes, sundaes, cones, and related items.
• Operate POS system and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
