Job summary

UDF-MyScoop Branding is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding guest service by guiding the team through the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will supervise shift staff, handle store operations, and maintain compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales laws.

You will also manage cash handling, POS transactions, inventory, and daily reporting while training and coaching associates to deliver consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and leadership roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of alcohol/tobacco sales compliance required by state law.
• Ability to coach and develop shift staff to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Assistant/Guest Services associates and coach on Hi Five standards.
• Manage store administration, delivery reports, transfers and paperwork.
• Ensure accurate POS and gas transactions and secure cash handling.
